That’s kind of how I’m feeling right now. I’m sluggish, I’m feeling bloated, a little grumpy, too. We hosted a potluck brunch at our house on Sunday, and there was SO. MUCH. FOOD. I made potato pancakes, Ameesh made gluten-free crepes with strawberries and bananas, and then there was everyone else’s dishes: scrambled eggs, sausage, egg/cheese/turkey/salsa casserole, croissants, belgium waffles, nutella and whipped cream. It was ridiculous. While I stuck to the gluten, dairy free options, I still ate more than one petite girl probably needs in a week. Read more »

It’s been a while since I’ve written about what it’s like to live in my shoes for a day. So before hitting the gym today, I’m sitting down to update you on my foods of yesterday. I know it hasn’t been that long, but since making my promise on May 17th to be gluten and dairy free I have been feeling better and better. My itchy skin is almost entirely better with just some residual dryness left behind.
