Hello friends! While I might not be a chef, nor even a fabulous home cook, I know my way around a kitchen pretty well. I can make simple, tasty meals off the top of my head, more complex ones with the help of recipes (even though I never follow them completely), and I have a good sense of complementary flavors and seasonings.
